Sourcing
Identifying and vetting established tile manufacturers and their ranges.
About MONTEKO
MONTEKO sources, curates, and supplies tiles — a marketing and project-support company, not a manufacturer.
Since 2002, MONTEKO has worked at the sourcing side of the tile trade — finding established manufacturers, understanding what they do well, and bringing the best of their ranges into one curated selection.
Curation means comparing finishes, moods, and use cases so homes, commercial spaces, dealers, architects, and project buyers can decide faster and with more confidence. It means quality guidance before a purchase, not after. And it means staying on the marketing and project-support side of the business — MONTEKO does not manufacture tiles.
Curation in the room
Curation is a decision about scale, continuity, and light. These are the kinds of rooms it shapes.
01
One large-format stone look on floor and double-height wall turns a lounge into a single calm volume.
02
Carrying the same grey stone from living area to kitchen removes thresholds, so the plan reads as one room.
03
A pale breccia on floor and feature wall pushes daylight deeper into the room and warms against timber and leather.
